Your health journey is personal. Here is exactly what we collect, how we protect it, and the rights you keep — written in plain English, not legal fog.
Encrypted everywhere
Every connection to HealthChoices.Health is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, enforced with strict transport security. Your data never travels in plain text.
We never see your card
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card number never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded.
Private AI conversations
Your chats with our AI health coaches are tied to your account only. No other member, and no other website, can ever read your conversations.
Hardened against attacks
Secure HTTP-only session cookies, brute-force login lockouts, request rate limiting and locked-down cross-origin rules protect your account from common attack methods.
We don't sell your data
Your name, email and health conversations are never sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Full stop.
Minimal by design
We only collect what the service needs: your name, email, program purchases and challenge progress. No hidden tracking profiles.
Straight answers
What information do you collect?
Your name and email when you sign up or join the 5-Day Challenge; your program and product purchases (processed by Stripe); your challenge progress; and the messages you choose to send our AI health coaches so they can remember your conversation.
Who can see my AI health conversations?
Only you, through your own logged-in account. Conversations are stored against your private account session and are used solely to give your coach memory between visits. They are never used for advertising and never shared with third parties.
How are passwords stored?
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — an industry-standard one-way algorithm. We cannot see your password, and neither could anyone else even in the unlikely event of a breach.
Is this a medical record system?
No. HealthChoices.Health provides health coaching and education, not medical care. We are not a hospital or clinic system, and you should never share medical record numbers, insurance details or emergency medical information here. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Email us from your account email address and we will permanently delete your account, chat history and lead record. Payment records are retained only as required for tax and accounting law.
Do you use cookies?
We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. It cannot be read by scripts on this or any other website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
